Booking Conditions
Lloyds Travels - Trading as Tempting Tenerife are a retail agent for accommodation suppliers and private owners. Therefore your contract is with the accommodation supplier. A copy of the suppliers terms will be provided on booking.
payment terms
When making a booking less than 9 weeks prior to departure, payment is required in full at the time of booking. When making a booking more than 9 weeks prior to departure, a deposit is required
Accommodation : This is usually £25 per person but may vary according to suppliers terms and conditions. Please enquire when booking.
Villas :As villas are usually privately owned, deposit / payment requirements vary. It is therefore essential that these are confirmed prior to booking. The deposit is normally 25%.
Lloyds Travels reserves the right to cancel any booking and levy any cancellation charges if payment is not received in full by the due date
Lloyds Travels will forward any requests made in writing to us,to the appropriate supplier. However, no guarantee can be given that the supplier will action these requests. Additionally, if a special request can only be met at an additional cost you will either be invoiced for the amount prior to departure or advised of the procedure for payment in resort.
The descriptions and ratings are provided in good faith and conform to the generally accepted understanding of the “star / key” system in the UK. Certain facilities may require refurbishment or maintenance e.g. swimming pools and amenities or activities can be cancelled or curtailed due to lack of demand or inclement weather. We will endeavour to notify the customer of any building works / unavailability prior to date of departure. However, this service cannot be provided on late bookings Lloyds Travels will not be held liable for any information obtained from our suppliers.
